Shipping:

Non - commissioned works always require extensive specialize crating and careful packaging to ensure that they survive their travels securely, and as a result any such piece for sale will require customer contact prior to payment to determine freight options and costs. We build containers and cates that are specific to your work that provide the necessary support and padding to protect their contents against aggressive handling and movement typically associated with freight shipments. All packages require freight insurance to protect both parties from the rare chance that terminal damage is incurred. We will not ship any of these works in standard packaging regardless of the time constraints, as it removes all possible chance of us preventing any damage. Because of such requirements, we gladly accept (and recommend!!) picking up larger works directly from us where you can observe it in person. Scheduling a pickup is a very straightforward process and we go out of our way to rework our schedule here to accommodate a client’s pickup window.

Local deliveries can be made, but are subject to specific distance and locations as well as current scheduling. Please contact us directly to discuss shipping and delivery options. We do our very best to make this procedure as easy as possible.

Assembly and Installation:

Some works may require partial or full assembly, and in some cases like our fans, professional installation. In these instances, sales of such pieces will have notations of such requirements in the listing. Most assembly services are provided in terms of clear documentation and/or online video conferencing as part of the sale. Installation services may be possible pending location and our current scheduling, and are billed on a separate contract. While our products are designed and built to higher standards ,Mecha Art and it’s affiliates or employees are not certified contactors (electricians, plumbers, etc) and will not be held responsible for ensuring all supporting power or plumbing guidelines, codes, and practices are followed for your location should you undertake personal installation.

As with everything we do, if you have any questions with the purchasing process please do not hesitate to contact us.
